I completely understand that life is incredibly busy and unexpected things can come up. To ensure we remain fair to our business, our waitlisted clients, and your own schedule, we have established the following policies for all services at Beauty by Sarah Jane.

The No-Show Policy

We take "No Shows" extremely seriously as we are a strictly appointment-only studio. We value our time and the opportunity to serve our clients, so we appreciate your cooperation in keeping your scheduled time

If you miss your appointment without any prior communication, you will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your booking. This allows us enough time to contact our waitlist and offer the session to another client. If you provide the required notice.

Prior to your booking, you will receive a reminder email three days prior to your booking with the option to reschedule. 24 hours before your appointment you will then receive a final reminder text 24 hours before your appointment.

If any changes or cancellations are made after this final 24-hour text is sent, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

Please Avoid Running Late

If you are later then 10 minutes you appointment, it may have to be rescheduled. Please plan ahead. If you are running late, please call the studio on 0452 611 882 as soon as possible. We are a time-based business and any delays in our service will effect all following appointments for the whole day, which can greatly inconvenience all our other clients.

This means, if you are running extremely late to your appointment, it may result in our team being unable to perform all treatments of your service. However, you will still be charged for the total cost of booked services.

A Non-Refundable Deposit

To secure a booking for Cosmetic Tattooing or our Education and Training courses, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required.

This deposit confirms your commitment and will be deducted from your total service cost on the day. Please note that this deposit is strictly non-refundable; however, if you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 48 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will remain valid for your new scheduled date. Please be aware that a deposit can only be transferred to a rescheduled date once.
